We want you to love your Megababe products, but if something isn't right, we accept returns on most items within 30 days of purchase. Please note that for hygiene reasons, certain personal care items must be in their original, unopened packaging to qualify for a refund.
Start Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to initiate the process.
Print Your Label
Follow the prompts to select the items you are returning and download your prepaid shipping label.
Pack It Up
Securely pack your items in the original box if possible and affix the return shipping label to the outside.
Drop Off & Refund
Drop your package at any authorized carrier location; your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days of receipt.
